Helpful staff, excellent recommendations for food and attractions. Late check-in assistance and kind service. Perfect, clean room and delicious breakfast. Convenient location, 15/20 minutes walk to city center, buses nearby. Recommended!

The staff, particularly Andrea, were great too ensure my comfort. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my late arrival, even with a late check-in fee. The room itself was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. Despite not being centrally located, the hotel is within walking distance to major attractions and there are buses available for convenience. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of fresh options, and I also enjoyed the calm and pleasant neighborhood. Despite a slight disappointment with the communication regarding a lost item, I would still highly recommend 3110 Arthotel for its really good service and overall wonderful experience.

Nothing all good.

We had a fantastic 2-day trip to a city in Italy and stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a safe, a cupboard with hangers, and a cozy queen bed. We were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff, who recommended great restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options such as fresh pastries, fruit salad, and good coffee. The hotel also had a private underground parking nearby, which was very convenient for us.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging due to the confusing numbering system in the street.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean as new and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were top notch as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated their recommendation to park our car for free right in front of the hotel, saving us the expense of paid parking. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This made it easy for us to explore the city and all its attractions.

They provided us with great tips for exploring the city and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. The modern facilities, such as the air conditioning system, made our stay very pleasant, especially during the hot weather. the generous breakfast spread was a good surprise.

Despite the overall positive experience, there was a slight hiccup with the cleanliness of our room. Upon returning after a long day of exploring, we found that our room had not been cleaned or restocked.

This hotel was an excellent find! The value for money was great, especially considering the prices in this city. The attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully clean rooms with a balcony overlooking the street to the very comfy bed. The staff provided top-notch service and the basic amenities were all in place. Plus, the location in a fairly quiet area within a 15-minute walk from the center was perfect for me, as I always prefer a peaceful stay.
